Like many Americans, Ken keeps things interesting by keeping things dynamic.
In the decades prior, he was the president (copywriter, creative director, account manager) of one ad agency. Then looking to grow, and quickly, merged to become the associate partner at a second, larger ad agency in 1994. Come 2006, he chose the path of independent consultant, freelance writer and strategic marketing advisor.
The independent path has been diverse, and exciting. Ken’s creative services continue to be enlisted by large companies, start-ups, local firms, international firms, and area ad agencies looking for fresh ideas from a well mulched mind.
Years prior, Ken received his degree in Chinese Studies at the University of California at San Diego (where he wrote movie reviews for the school paper), and then did a bit of graduate work in International Studies in Monterey. Following seven years on the West Coast and a year abroad, he returned to his New York roots.
Since then, he has had an immensely fine time at home on Long Island’s North Shore, in Santa Fe and overseas… co-owning a yoga studio… authoring something that can only be called a metaphysical memoir… raising an amazing kid with an equally amazing spouse… jogging, swimming and trail hiking all over Creation… getting more politically involved… and helping businesses to grow – making quite a few of these companies far better known, better positioned for growth, and their owners better off, as in more affluent.
